Linen, oak, leather, and a single olive branch.

The living palette is built around three textures: a flat-woven wool rug under the seating, oak-veneer millwork holding the kitchen, and a pair of cognac leather swivel chairs that pick up the late-afternoon light off the bay.

04The Master Bedroom

Specification · Suite

One leather volume, framed by the bay.

A low leather-clad platform bed sits parallel to a wall of glass; a triptych of architectural studies grounds the long wall, and a pair of upholstered chairs hold the corner where the marina opens up below.

Spatial Strategy

A long spine, with the bay at one end.

Public rooms gather to the south, opening to the terrace and water; the private suites sit to the north, separated by a short circulation spine and a pair of bathrooms back-to-back. Every principal room ends in glass.
